CONQUERED.

I ran 15:25 for my 2.4 km yay! That’s like, a B. Or at least a C. WOOHOOO!

Considering last year I failed three times, and my timing got worse each time I ran, this year’s timing is a HUGE improvement. Yeah man, I rock. And I ran 2.8 km hahaha, ran an extra round by accident. Coolios, innit?

Other than that I’m really worried because my violin conference in Manila is exactly the same period as my midyears, and I’ll be missing at least 3 of them if not more. That means that not only will I have to prepare for my performance and the conference, I will also have to study for exams simultaneously. That’s stressful to even think about.

And obv while I’m in Manila, I’ll have to bring stuff along to study, esp if it’s subjects like History and uh, Math? T.T

Oh and I need to get help with math. This is where aunts who are super pro at math come in, but I’m too busy/procrastinating to give her a call and ask her for her help. I don’t get logs at all lor pls, I cant even get the first step. It’s always like this with math, i can understand the solution when someone puts it in front of me but I can never do it myself. Sucks. Plus, I don’t really understand Physics, and Bio is just kinda hopeless because we have a trainee teacher, and she’s the epitome of incompetency. I’ve even stopped taking notes, and I would start doing so again but we’ve already started on a new topic that (hopefully) won’t be covered, at least in depth-ly.

And History is rather daunting, what with the 5 sources and only 1 question. >.> I can’t even do the FA.

Plus, I’m not prepared for my performance, as usual. The next time someone offers me a ‘chance’ to go for a conference, i will flatout refuse no matter what other people try to say for me. >:

I shall attempt the History FA now, and hopefully something will come out of it.

  1. Good luck!(You’ll need it) Jiayou!

  2. y’know, after doing NAPFA in a co-ed setup for the first time, have you any idea how imbalanced the standards are between genders for NAPFA?

like how an A in 2.4/standing broad jump/situps for girls wouldn’t even be a pass for the guys. rgggh

anyway, cool, never particularly enjoyed 2.4 myself.

  3. hahahaha i know how imbalanced the standards are already(: yayy i’m a GIRL, jono! AHAHAHAHA /snigger

anyway, i alr have a feel of unfairness, because i’m always 15 in sec 3 NAPFA, unlike some people who are still 14. argh. so yeah, age+gender bias.

  4. o.O.my whole class were staring at the standards and wondering how female bodybuilders ever came into existence.

  5. thanks to my very very late-in-the-year kind of birthday i’m always the younger of the two years. win! still imabalanced though.

but my school’s got this new female PE teacher; someone told me she used to be a triathlete and the way she trains her class is DAMN SCARY.

  6. i am SO the epitome of the female bodybuilder hahahahaha. nevermind i’m dedicated to running at least once a week now! then next ear i’ll get some ownage time like 10 mins (o.O) for 2.4 hahahahaha.

fine lah, JONOTHAN TAN, SEC5 BOY, lord it over me and the rest of us WISE ELDERS!

  7. !! that’s YEAR 5 to you. nice and sec5, sounds as if i’m doing the n-levels or something.

female bodybuilder O.O hahah does that include the steroids?

  8. Ah, the steroids.. What steroids? >.>

Yeah man, Jono doing the n-levels. That would totally rock lor pls. Ahahaha but it’s nice to know you can rile up any IB person by asking if they’re sec 5.

Nevermind, Jono, next year you’ll be sec 6! (:
