ATCL

my violin exam is fucking tomorrow at bloody 10 am. god, i hope i won’t be late. and i also hope the damn examiner gives me a pass and my mom won’t screw me over when she sees how shit i play tomorrow morning, when she’s watching me play before the exam.

i wish a lot of things.

i wish my mom wouldn’t insist on watching me before every performance/concert.

i wish my teacher would stop pressuring me to take exams. violin’s not even fun anymore. i only like playing songs that i’m not playing for any concert/exam. i tried out the rest of Bach’s partita no.3 this afternoon for my ‘break’ and had actual fun.

i wish for an insane amount of luck.

and thanks to Tim (omg he’s too sweet, really) and an old friend (who happened to sms me earlier today to see how my holidays were going and did i want to meet up? only to have me rant at her) for the lucks and support and stuff.

/edit well the drivers on the PIE chose an awesome time to crash into each other at Eng Neo, creating a bloody huge traffic jam. yeah, i was late by 10 mins. then, i made a record number of mistakes in my first song, and in the third song, my string popped. the examiner was very nice though. not snobby at all. he was also kind of cute.

i am seriously deprived. yes? yes.

so anyway, bizzare circumstances ended up with me hacing $92 in my wallet, so i blew $50 on a purple cardigan from mango and a “fawn” coloured henley from lasenza ._.

within the first hour of buying it i already experienced remorse for my $17.50, gone on a henley that was probably too tight (it is, it shows all my three folds of fat) and that i didn’t really need. but i love the cardigan, i wore it on the way home and out to buy dinner and i absolutely love it to pieces. even though it cost me $33): the mango sales assistants folding the clothes in the store were really nice though, they helped me decide what size to get for the cardi. compared to the assistant in the changing rooms, whom i had to prod to go and get me a new size.

me: “so can you get me size s?”
SA: “oh. uh okay”

SA: “actually this is size s.”
me *thinks*: wahlao then get me m lor! use your brains a bit can obv i want a bigger size right.
me: “oh. okay thanks.”

so i got it for myself instead.

but i noticed something. when wearing a tshirt and fbts i feel more covered up than when wearing a camisole, the long sleeved purple cardi and fbts.  go figure.
